Merry Christmas

                               Merry Christmas

This is a Christmas tree. This girl is named Merry. She is putting the decorations on the tree. When she stood on the ladder to put the star up top of her christmas tree she was happy putting the shiny thing on the christmas tree. When Santa came to Merry she was happy to get her presents from Santa. After Merry finshed opening her presents she was very happy with her presents.  Santa got presents for all her family and they had a great day.
                                             

Camp Benzon on Kawau Island

On Tuesday we are going in benzon kawau island. the first thing we had to do we have to get here on 7.00 in we get on the bus this tomorraw morning. 

In the island. their are some boat in the island and some water the colours of the sea is green.

going fishing

Once on  a sunny day I went fishing with my Grandfather. We went on the boat out to sea. We went to find a place to go fishing. I got my fishing rod and I caught a fish. After that I put my fishing rod in the sea again and caught  another fish. We went back home to cook them for tea.

A Place to Sleep
The boy and the girl were making some noise. The cat went away to find some place to sleep.
The first thing he did was he went out the cat
door.    Then he went to the garden he was looking for a warm quiet place to go and sleep. He went to the warm rock but he opened one eye and he sees a Lizard.
Next he went in to the barn and he saw some hay but he heard a squeaking . He was thinking about the dog in his kennel could the cat sleep in the dog kennel.

Found the ball!!..

It is a goal!” yelled James. James and Emma watched as the ball flew over the wall. Then there was silence broken only by the tinkling sound of broken glass.
The children went over to next door and the neighbour asked them who kicked the ball.James said, “I kicked the ball. I’m sorry.”  The neighbour said, “Your ball is flattened and he went back inside. After that they went to the another house and played with the tennis ball.

This morning our group made breakfast with weetbix.  

We had milk, yoghurt, sugar and banana. We put hot water into our bowls. Then I went back to the table and put some of my yoghurt into my bowl. Then I get a spoon  I crunched my week bix into my yoghurt  but I didn’t eat much of my week bix and eat much of my yoghurt. I ate some of breakfast. When I had  finished my weetbix we got some cups and we put the milo into our cups. Then I put some sugar into my cup. After that I put some of milk in and I drink my milo but I put more milo into my cup.

Today we made sandwiches with Mrs Slade literacy group.Mrs Slade was getting the stuff to make our sandwiches. The first thing we put on our bread was butter  I picked up my knife and  buttered the bread and then I put some ham, cheese, lettuce and tomato. When I had finished my sandwiches  I made another sandwich with cheese and ham and then I wrapped my sandwiches and put my name on my sandwiches

Last week we made roast dinner. We went to start cooking and the first thing that we did was wash the potatoes and the carrots. After that we cut  the kumara and we broke the cauliflower into pieces and then put them in the dish. Next we cooked everything. When it was cooked we ate it. I like the food.

The cross country race

Before the cross country race we did the training. After lunch we got ready to do our cross country race practice. We went to wait for the other classes to come and do the cross country race .We sat on the ground. When they came they sat on the ground next to us and we were the first to go and run  round the teacher and the school. We had to do 3 laps or sometimes 2  laps. I ran past Miss Garden, Miss Ouanno, Miss King and I went past Mr somerville. When  I ran another lap I got back to Miss Garden at the finish line. At the finish line I f    little bict sore

All the classes  were wearing their team colours and got  into their lines in their age groups. My class went to sit in team lines we had to wait for another class room to come before we could start the races. It was the little kids turn first to do their races.

When they had finished their races they were very tired and there was mud on their legs and they had to wash them and sit back into their lines. At the end of the race I felt sore.

In London New Zealand won six gold medals and two silver and five bronze. Valerie Aams she won the shoput won a gold medal. The London Olympic have finsh yesterday morning

Nick Willis was doing practise for the 1500 metres. He is in the N.Z. Olympic team. He is the captain of the New Zealand. He did not win in the 1500 metre final.     

Next week there is the school cross country race. Room 17,13,16 and room 15 are doing cross country. We have to run around the teacher and around the school When we get back to school  we have to walk around the courts. I feed tired at the end.

I watched  the news on tv3 .  I saw the Olympics Games with the judges .They were watching the people  riding in the equestrian.When one rider finished jumping another rider would have a turn to show the judges and the judges were happy for the rider. When the rider was riding the horse it was jumping  over the hurdles. All of the hurdles were different.

On Sunday I went to work with my family but I want to stay at home with my brother. and go to sleep at home but I had to go to work with my family and the dog . when we were there I went and hop out of the van and I went to look of the key inside the van  to put the key was recked I went to an recked to door and open to door to get in inside the door .

On the weekend the son and a father went fishing on the boat .They had plans to do some fishing. the dad got a fishing rod.
The dad caught a fish. It looked like a big fish and it was. His son tried to catch a fish too . When they had finished catching fish they cleaned the fish and took them home to cook. When the fish was cooked they got to eat the fish with the family. It was yum

This book is about roller baldes. of luke his friend was he was right the baldes wow lukes. sat on the door s outside. with his mum . when Mr Gery came over to the boy and he said to the boy can you and your friend went to help Mr gery outside on the the baclyiu rake the laves with his firend. when they was f rake the laves they went to jump on the laves when luke mum cames outside of the f and wacher them jump on the laves . when luke mum said to them you b back to work befor Mr gery comes soon and see you jumping on the laves . so they went back to work and when Mr gery come back to his home and the boy was rigth on time and luke mum was happy when Mr give luke roller baldes and his firend went home and luke had a turn on his roller wow his mum was doing the waching luke right the roller baldes.

I have been plaiting with  four papers. It look like a fish in yellow and blue. I had to make in four shaps and then I start on my yellow. then I folde the blue to the blue and then I did to the samit one I did tothe blue.

Last week room 17 baked anzac cookies we follow the recipe from the Anzac Cooked Book i went back to room 17 to get the stuffs to make the cookies. Miss Garden had the boys,they make 12 and V had the girls,we make 12 too together baked 24 cookies and they are YUMMY!..

QUEEN BIRTHDAY

On monday it was Queen birthday yesterday my family and i stay home my brother and i were on the internet for 50 minutes then I was doing maths whizz and extra maths.
then i went into my mail and read my letters, when i was finish read my mail I went to send message to my best friend I say what you up to in art alive in the classroom today and see you tomorrow at school
      

The Tiger and the Deer       by Flora In the jungle there was a tiger. He was hungry. It was a deer. The tiger was angry and it ran past the  hungry tiger but the deer was running fast far away from the tiger. The tiger had sharp teeth and sharp claws. When the tiger got tired the deer got away.

My Pets

I have a guinea pig named Shelly and a kitten named ginger. The guinea pig is a girl and the kitten is a boy. I put Shelly into the shed and I like playing with  the cat and the  guinea pig. Sometimes my cat likes to play with me and my ginuea pig and sometime I take my guinea pig to my cousin’s house and play with her. When she is hungry I feed her and I take her inside into the sitting with my Aunty and my cousin. Sometimes my cat drinks warm milk when I give a drink of water to my guinea pig.

        My Dinosaur


On Tuesday the first thing I started to do was a sketch of my dinosaur and when I was finished I went and showed it to Mrs Slade. After that I had to colour my  picture so it would match the dinosaur on the paper .When I was finished I showed my picture to Mrs Slade. Then Mrs Slade gave me a piece of white paper.I traced my picture and then colour it in.

I like to do maths whizz. In maths I had to do my password.  When I had finsh doing my passworld I went on my bedroom in the bedroom I start to play tutour. I had 10 questions on my maths whizz. When I finsh my maths whizz I went on replay and when I was finish my maths whizz .

         Art Alive /method    

I like to do art alive in the classroom and I do it with crayons and pencils on a piece of white  paper and I drew a sea creature. When I sketch in art I have do it lightly and I  rub the colour with  my fingers to smooth the colour out.                      
Then I pick the colours out they are blue and pink .  They  are my favourite colours and when I finish colouring my pictures I have to put the colours back in the packets and I have to pick some other colours to paint with.

Dream Team camp

On Thursday in the morning I went into the hall we had to get in our gorp line for camp. When we had to wait to everyone was here. Miss Gardan said to us to put our hat on because some people didn’t bring their hat. They had to were the school hat.

When we got to our first activity we went in to the toilet to get changed into our togs because we had to vs Mr Mark’s team. I was watching the people playing the top race. When the race was finished we were finished our first activity.

Then we went to Mr Burt to do kayaking. Mr Burt gave us the instructions. I was watching the people doing kayaking. Some people were by themselves or two people. When we finished doing the kayaking we get to have a swim in to the water. The water was cold. We got to jump off. When everyone had a turn of jumping off we were finished.

Today we went in to the hall in the morring we wait and when erevyboby went to the f acivt was top team and when to daerm team was a winner  and when we went to eat morring tea .

On Firday  we went to ben carson with the calss and miss Gardan and Mr j we when we had to go to the tolitle we go to in the bus and when I look of a slia on the bus  t with my friends  as I look out at the w I saw my mum and my dad when the bus went  on the van and when we was here and when I h out the bus we had to say to the bus and when I walke on the and when I \got in to my class room line when a g came up to us to t us to see ben carson and when went to s on the blue c   and when the show start of the ben carson was on the s when the moive was on the s and when to g was take a videos to put it up the s so we can see the videos .

In the weekend

On Saturday I went to my cousin’s house . We rode our bikes to my cousin’s house.When we got  there I knocked on the door and waited.When somebody  came to the door I went into the house.  My brother went into my cousin’s room and  I was with my two little cousins. I saw Kingston on the computer and he went to the email to look for his blog and I watched him.

n Tuesday morning I went to school and I went to reading. I went to the netbook cupboard to get my netbook out and put it in the bag.

We had to wait for the teacher to open the door so we could come in the room. It was warm in the room, I come to sit down so we can do some work on my net book we had to go on the google docs to write about me.

On Monday I wake up and I was feeling dizzy. When I got ready to go to school my mum went in the morning to work.  l walked to school when I was at school I went in the classroom.  When I saw everyone we hung up our bags.  When the bell rang  I went to reading with a net book and put it in the net book bag.
