The cross country race

  The cross country race  

Before the cross country race we did the training. After lunch we got ready to do our cross country race practice. We went to wait for the other classes to come and do the cross country race .We sat on the ground. When they came they sat on the ground next to us and we were the first to go and run  round the teacher and the school. We had to do 3 laps or sometimes 2  laps. I ran past Miss Garden, Miss Ouanno, Miss King and I went past Mr somerville. When  I ran another lap I got back to Miss Garden at the finish line. At the finish line I f    little bict sore

All the classes  were wearing their team colours and got  into their lines in their age groups. My class went to sit in team lines we had to wait for another class room to come before we could start the races. It was the little kids turn first to do their races.

When they had finished their races they were very tired and there was mud on their legs and they had to wash them and sit back into their lines. At the end of the race I felt sore.
